The Seeds

Volume 2.1

This was an attempt to compress over a hundred episodes into a single thematic arc. It worked once, but not again. The function stopped serving its purpose. Let's call that season 1.

Season 2 has begun. This space will grow.

The Seeds

Volume 1.1

Seeds began as a podcast—an unsorted archive of notes, gathered without intention or order. It emerged from the sense that structure, applied too early, can quiet what chaos is still trying to form. And now we are here. And so are you.

I started with a podcast because that was the tool I knew. This website is my new playground for growth, and is becoming a digital garden, defining its own order.

This method is simple: speak first, sort later. Podcasts keep ideas in motion. Stored thoughts lose attention; spoken ones invite return.

State of Mind

Volume 2.1

Towards a deeper, more integrated understanding of what it means to be conscious, intelligent, and human in an ever-evolving world of technological potential.

Through conversations with world-leading thinkers in neuroscience, psychedelics, philosophy, and artificial intelligence, it explores how minds emerge, adapt, and connect across disciplines to illuminate the nature of experience in a rapidly changing world. This isn't about knowing the mind, it about asking better questions that lead us closer to our conditional constructs.

I will return to this space when I return to my endeavours in neuroscience in due course (early 2026). When I return to it, this space will grow.

The Inside Guide

Volume 1.1

The Inside Guide is a space for understanding health from the inside out. It brings science, medicine, culture, and lived experience into quiet alignment—less as answers, more as ways of noticing. Health here is not a product, but a practice.

Again, the podcast space did not serve its purpose, but the seed was planted and I have returned to it many times, and it will one day serve its purpose. My problem is creating too many diverging projects, I get excited and express intently. That effort is now guided here. Filtration processes precede it. I will return to it.

When I return to it, this space will grow.

There are 4 in-depth podcasts. They continue to hold their value.

Mind Medicine

Enabling Psychedelic Research in Australia

Mind Medicine Australia is a not-for-profit organisation focused on reducing the burden of mental illness in Australia by supporting the evidence-based expansion of therapeutic options.

During my voluntary tenure, I conducted interviews with more than twenty internationally recognised leaders across neuroscience, medicine, public policy, and philanthropy, contributing to knowledge translation, stakeholder alignment, and advocacy efforts that supported the regulatory approval of psychedelic-assisted therapies in Australia.
